McDermott Construction uses the premier builder software called Buildertrend to allow our clients to track the progress of their project and easily communicate with our team 24/7. Buildertrend is compatible on all computers, tablets and smartphones. Each homeowner has an individual secure password to their own homepage showing the progress of the project. The home page includes all of your documents (building plans, contract, photos, etc.), the updated schedule to see what subs will be at your house on any given day, email and message communication, to-do lists, keeps you updated on your job while out of town, etc. Please play the video below for an overview of what the program offers to homeowners.
